...unlike so many in need, we don't have any kids, we're almost 50 and self-employed. When things were good for us we always helped our families for example my parents needed help with expensive medicines for diabetes and heart conditions but since both are doing very well, thank goodness for that!! When my husbands sister needed support for her 3 kids in between jobs and when my older brother fell on his head and needed help to support his 2 kids when his wife just walked away. His situation practically drained us -- now we're behind on our bills and the stress has been almost unbearable. When hurricane Wilma passed through Florida we took time off from our business to help my parents get their home back in order because of damage, no electric, no running water, etc for almost a week and the side of their house was damaged and we chimed in to help with that as well. Although that was a while ago, it seems that time just slipped away and we just can't get caught up. My husband recently had emergency heart surgery and that was another set back although we worked through it and contineu to forge ahead. We CAN get back on our feet -- we just need some financial assistance so we can get back on our feet. Please help!!
